Information we collect
When you purchase an Angkor Pass we collect the data needed to issue and verify your ticket: full name, nationality, date of birth, passport number, email address and — for 3-day and 7-day passes — a portrait photograph. Payment is processed by our banking partners; card numbers are never stored on our systems.
How we use your information
Your data is used to issue your pass, to verify it at park checkpoints, to send your receipt and e-ticket, to provide customer support and to produce aggregated visitor statistics. Aggregated statistics never identify individual visitors.
Sharing
Ticket verification data may be shared with the APSARA National Authority and other competent state institutions responsible for managing and protecting the Angkor Archaeological Park. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Retention
Ticket records are retained for the period required by Cambodian accounting and archaeological-site management regulations. Portrait photographs attached to a pass are removed once the pass has expired and the retention period has elapsed.
